We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband very first left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any more. He stated he required time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a huge quantity of cash out of their joint bank account which he said he necessary to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was an additional woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just after he had left our client.
We had been able to supply our client with all of the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been getting an affair with this woman for numerous years.
